What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Payment methods for international orders:
Although we accept PayPal as payment method for international orders from certain countries, your order still may be rejected if you have an unconfirmed address with your PayPal account. If this is the case, Bank Wire Transfer will be the only payment method we accept for international customers. All international orders must be pre-paid including shipping in advance by PayPal or bank wire transfer in US dollars only. Customers are responsible for customs duties and tariffs whenever applicable. Payment methods for USA Domestic Orders:
* We only accept Purchase Orders (PO) from U.S. Government Agencies, School Districts, Hospitals, Universities, Fortune 1000 & New York Stock Exchange listed companies. Credit Cards: Orders over $2,000 may be requested to be prepaid by bank wire transfer. Important: It is a crime to use other people's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency. PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay by PayPal. To use PayPal, please make sure that your shipping address is confirmed with PayPal. Your order may be rejected if you have an unconfirmed address with PayPal. Bank Wire Transfer
If your credit card or PayPal payment is declined, you can select to pay by bank wire transfer. We may require valid ID and extra info to verify the order. We will send you detail info about wire transfer process after we verify and accept your order. Wire-transfer may take 2-4 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place. $30 wire transfer fee charge will be added to your order also. Net Days Term - Purchase Orders We also accept purchase orders from U.S. Government Agencies, School Districts, well established Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Fortune 1000 & New York Stock Exchange listed companies . To place order with purchase order, please contact us to set up a net term account first. Some credit application forms will be sent to you. After the application is approved and accepted, we can ship out orders with Net 15 ~ 30 Days term. Online Quotation: You may get a quotation online. To do so, just simply order online first, add the products you wanted to the shopping cart, then check out, enter your shipping address, select the shipping method, then click "Continue", our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase, you can print this page as a quotation.
Why does payment fail? Currently, we only accept credit cards and PayPal payment from very limited countries, such as USA, Canada. If your PayPal account registered country is not on our acceptable countries list, your payment will be declined. If your credit card payment was declined, it may because: 1. Your credit card does not support AVS: We only accept credit cards that support AVS. AVS stands for Address Verification System, and is exactly what it sounds like. The Address Verification System (AVS) is an advanced level of credit card security . AVS is widely supported in the USA. If your credit card is issued outside USA, it may not support AVS. If your credit card does not support AVS, we are sorry that we are unable to accept it.. 2. AVS Errors: If your credit card does support AVS, but the billing information you provided does not match the billing information on record with the bank that issued your credit card, then the transaction will be declined. If you just moved recently, you may need to call your bank to update your record with your bank. 3. Suspicious charges Your credit card company may be suspicious of an unauthorized charge. Banks can be pretty protective of your account when it detects unusual behavior. In these cases, the bank will automatically block unusual spending before it happens. If this happens to you, you can lift the block by calling your bank and assuring them that you are attempting a legitimate charge. If your PayPal payment was declined, it may because: 1. We only accept PayPal as payment from limited countries. Currently we accept PayPal payment from following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. If your PayPal account registered country is not on our acceptable list, your payment will be declined 2. If your PayPal account registered country is USA but still be declined, it may because you have an unconfirmed address with your PayPal account. What you can do when payment declined: You may select Bank Wire Transfer as payment method if both credit card and PayPal were declined.
Bank Wire Transfer will be acceptable payment method for all customers. If you select bank wire transfer as payment method, we will send you the info you needed for arranging payment after verify the order. $25 ~ $45 bank fee may add to the order amount, depending on your order amount. Bank fee will be waived for order over US$1000. |
