How to use the battery

Charge the Battery:

The battery pack comes with its own AC charger. You can charge the battery from any 100V ~ 240V AC power source.

Get the power from Output Port:

1. Use the battery directly:

The battery pack comes with a output cable. One end plugs to the battery output port while the other end can plug directly into your device, or into many different connector tips if the plug does not fit.

The battery output voltage range is 20V ~ 29.5V, and its nominal voltage is 25V. When the battery is fully charged, its output voltage is 29.5V. The output voltage will decrease gradually and finally cut off at around 20V. Most of the time, the voltage will be around 24V to 26V.

Because of this, please make sure your device can accept all voltages from 20V ~ 30V.

2. Use the battery with the BiXPower 24V DC to DC Power Converter:

This DC to DC power adapter can convert variable 12V DC (range 9V -32V) to 24V regulated stable DC power. Maximum output 5 Amps

It can directly connect to a 12V or 24V lithium ion battery or any battery with output voltage range within 9V to 32V range. Its maximum output is 5 Amps

This DC to DC power adapter's input side has 5.5 x 2.5mm Female barrel connector with two 16AWG bare wires. The output is a 5.5 x 2.5mm male barrel connector with 18AWG wires. It is very easy and flexible to connect with batteries and other power source.

Input: Input is 5.5 x 2.5mm female connector. If you cut off the connector, it will be two bare wires: red color is for Positive input and the black color is for Negative/Ground input. It is CRITICAL that the power adapter is connected correctly in polarity to the power source: Positive on adapter connects to Positive on power source. Negative on adapter connects to Negative on power source. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN SEVERE DAMAGES.

Output: The output connector is a 5.5 x 2.5mm male barrel connector, center positive.

Optional connector tips:

The connector on the power adapter output cable is a 5.5 x 2.5mm male barrel connector, which will work with many devices. If you need different size connectors, you may order our C series optional connector tips separately. A C series connector can plug on the battery output cable to form a new connector.

Use battery with 24V DC Power Converter:

Just plug battery output to 24V DC power converter input end, then you can change the battery variable voltage to a stable regulated 24V voltage:

Warranty: One Year limited warranty. The one year limited warranty covers manufacturing and quality defects only. Please note that batteries wear out with use. The amount of charge a battery can hold gradually decreases due to usage and aging, which is normal, and this is not the issue covered by warranty.
