Rechargeable Battery Pack - BP100. Made with high quality, high capacity lithium ion cells.
This Universal External Lithium Rechargeable Battery Pack can provide power for laptop computers, digital cameras, digital photo frames, PDAs, cell phones, DVD players.
This battery features 3 output ports.
Output Port I
Output Port I features 3 different regulated voltages through a hardware volt selection switch: 16V, 19V, 24V. This port can be used to power laptop notebook computers. Please set the port I output voltage close to your laptop power adapter output voltage or laptop's input voltage. To change the output voltage, just simply move the volt selection switch. The switch is recessed from battery body, so it can avoid sliding to another voltage by accident after setup.Port I connector size is 5.5 x 2.5mm. BiXPower Z6 cable can be used for this port:
With optional
C Series connector tips, this battery can be used to power or
charge many different laptop computers.
C Series connector tips are optional, may not included with standard package.
Output Port II & Port III
Port II's output voltage range is 9V to 12.6V. Nominal voltage is 11.1V. When the battery is fully charged, its voltage is 12.6V. Output voltage will then decrease gradually. Most of the time, the output voltage will be around 10V ~ 11V ( nominal voltage is 11.1V). When the voltage drops to 9V, the port will shut off and stop providing power. This port can be used to power portable DVD players and digital photo frames.
Port II connector size is 4.0 x 1.7mm. BiXPower Z1 cable can be used for this output port.
Z1 power cable is optional, may not included with standard package.
Output III is a 5V USB port. Its maximum output current is 2.1A, which can be used to power or charge iPad, tablet computers and any other device that can be charged from a USB port (USB power cable not included).

Standard package:
The battery pack
comes with one BP100 battery + Port I output cable + AC Charger
Optional Connector Tips:
The battery port I output cable has a 5.5 x 2.5mm connector. It can be changed to a different size connector by using a BiXPower C series connector tip
How
to use the battery:
1. Charge the battery: This battery can be charged from any 100V ~ 240V, 50Hz/60Hz AC power source with the battery AC charger.
This battery has built-in charging controller to control the charging process. It can accept a very wide range of voltage for charging. You can use a regular power adapter with 12V to 24V DC power to charge the battery. The battery charge port is a 5.5 x 2.5mm female jack, therefore a 5.5 x 2.5mm male connector is required.
You may also charge the battery from a 12V car cigarette socket with optional car charger.
Car charger is not included.
You may also charge the battery from a solar panel with 12V ~ 24V output voltage.
Solar Panel is not included.
2. Decide Battery Output Voltage:
The battery output voltage should be close to your laptop power adapter output voltage or laptop computer input voltage
|
|
Step 2a: Refer to the label on AC adapter for your notebook - to check the "Output" power.
|
Step 2b: Refer to the label stuck on the bottom of your notebook - to check the "power input" requirement.
|
3. According to output voltage, select the required Output Port and Connector Tip:
Polarity: The default battery
output cable and connectors are configured as positive polarity, which meet the
needs of most of devices.
Note: When using all 3 output ports together at same time, maximum total output power should not be more than 65W.
Combine 2 ( or more) batteries together to provide more running time:
If you need more running time, you may connect 2 batteries together in parallel with BiXPower Y25 Split Connector :
Y25 Split Connector Not Included
Cautions: To link two batteries in this way, please make sure:
1. The output voltage of two batteries is set at same.
2. Any single battery has ability to power the powered device by itself.
Only Port I can be linked this way. The purpose of link two or more batteries together is to provide longer running time without interruption. There is no balance control between two batteries . One battery may output more power than another battery and run out of power earlier than another battery. This will not be a problem if a single battery output power is enough to run powered device. However, if the powered device power demand is more than a single battery capability, it may run to problem when one battery run out of power earlier.
Notes: Only a few of BiXPower batteries ( such as BP90, BP100, BP160 and BP220 batteries) have been specially designed circuits inside to allow multi batteries connected in parallel when output voltages are set as same. Other lithium ion batteries may not be allowed to be connected together in this way.
You may also use multi Y25 Split Connector to Daisy Chain more BP100 batteries to provide even more power. Please make sure all batteries output voltages are set at same. Fully charge each battery separately before connect them together.
BP100 battery regular Z6 output cable can fit Y25 connector female end, which will be combined output port in this case. You may use BiXPower Special Cable with On/Off Switch : which can be used power output cable directly without BP100 battery regular Z6 output cable.
