DC Power Connector Plug Tip for Dell Laptop Notebook Computers.



Connector : One end is a 4.5 x 2.8mm ( 4.5mm Outside Diameter, 2.8mm Inside Diameter) with center pin male plug, another end is a 5.5 x 2.5mm female jack, which can plug on many BiXPower external batteries and power adapters. But this connector tip CAN NOT plug into Dell original laptop power adapters directly.

CAUTION: This connector tip CAN NOT plug to your current Dell laptop power adapter directly. Its another end is a 5.5 x 2.5mm female jack like this:



It can only plug on a 5.5 x 2.5mm male connector. After plugging this connector tip to a 5.5x2.5mm male connector, it converts the 5.5x2.5mm connector to a connector that will work for Dell laptops like this:

Special Note: Some Dell laptop BIOS have a special setting: if it detects a non Dell AC power adapter, it will give warning message or refuse to work even the power adapter or external battery will work perfectly with it. You can ignore the message or just disable the warning setting in the BIOS.
