If you have problem to order online or just need a quotation, please submit this Off-line Order Request by adding it to shopping cart, then check out like ordering a regular product. There will be no any charge, no payment required when process the check out.

For each extra different item, just add another Order Request to shopping cart, then check out together with previous items.

If you have problems ordering online, or you just need a quotation, please submit this Off-line Order Request by adding it to the shopping cart, then checking it out like a regular product. There will be no shipping charge and no payment required during the checkout process.

For the same item, if you need more than 1, just enter the amount needed.

For each different item, add a different Order Request to the shopping cart, then check out together.

We will fax or e-mail a proforma invoice showing all relevant terms (i.e. payment, shipping, delivery etc.) to you.

Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, we will ship out the order.

Order Requests are answered 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. West Coast Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Response time varies depending upon the volume of requests received.
