 There is a small flat surface on output cable end that has 3 holes. Plug this end to converter output. When plug output cable to converter output port, the flat surface area is face up to converter top.   The package comes with a 19V DC power adapter. You can also order it with extra 16V and 24V cables. By connecting the power adapter with different output cables, it can output different output voltages.
