This package comes with Two BiXPower BP100 high capacity lithium ion rechargeable batteries and a 24V DC converter specially designed for a ResMed S9 CPAP machine. It can power ResMed S9 PAP machines for 2 ~ 3 nights with the humidifier turned off.
The battery pack comes with Two BP100 batteries + One ResMed S9 Special Cable + One Y25 Split Dongle + AC Charger.
You may use each BP100 battery separately with ResMed CPAP Special Cable, just set Port I output voltage at 24V, plug in the ResMed Cable to Port I
You may also use two batteries together with ResMed S9 converter. Just set Battery 1 and Battery 2 Port I output voltage at same voltage ( 24V), plug Y25 split cable male ends to Battery 1 and Battery 2 (Port I), then plug S9DC converter to Y25 split cable female end, just like this:
BP100 battery compact size allows it to easily fit into a laptop/notebook carry bag.

This battery is made with high quality Panasonic Li-ion battery cells and is compatible with many devices that need 15V, 16V, 16.5V, 18V, 18.5V, 19V, 19.5V or 20V DC power. The 24V DC converter is specially designed for the ResMed CPAP Machine as it can convert the battery output voltage to 24V DC power. The 5V USB port can power many small devices such as smart phones, tablets.
This Universal External Lithium Rechargeable Battery Pack can provide power for laptop computers, digital cameras, digital photo frames, PDAs, cell phones, DVD players.
This battery features 3 output ports.
Output Port I
Output Port I features 3 different regulated voltages through a hardware volt selection switch: 16V, 19V, 24V. Please set the output voltage at 24V.
Output Port II & Port III 
Port II's output voltage range is 9V to 12.6V. Nominal voltage is 11.1V. When the battery is fully charged, its voltage is 12.6V. Output voltage will then decrease gradually. Most of the time, the output voltage will be around 10V ~ 11V ( nominal voltage is 11.1V). When the voltage drops to 9V, the port will shut off and stop providing power. This port can be used to power portable DVD players and digital photo frames.
Output III is a 5V USB port. Its maximum output current is 2.1A, which can be used to power or charge iPad, tablet computers and any other device that can be charged from a USB port (USB power cable not included).
Charge the battery: This battery can be charged from any 100V ~ 240V, 50Hz/60Hz AC power source with the battery AC charger.

This battery has built-in charging controller to control the charging process. It can accept a very wide range of voltage for charging. You can use a regular power adapter with 12V to 24V DC power to charge the battery. The battery charge port is a 5.5 x 2.5mm female jack, therefore a 5.5 x 2.5mm male connector is required.
